If you are having difficulty with one of our products, we are here to help you. Many fault reports are dealt with in our Knowledge Base, however we can also give you one to one support.

If there is a fault with the product, and it is within the warranty period we will not charge you for support.

If however we find the fault does not lie with the product and the source of the problem is with your other equipment then you will be charged. A charge will also be applied if you are not an existing customer or the product is out of it's warranty period. If this is the case, the charge is £30 (ex VAT) per 30 minutes. 

Once you have filled out this form someone will respond as a matter of urgency.
